Civil/Structural Engineer

About this role

The company is engaging Civil / Structural Engineers to contribute to an impactful customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on, post-degree practice authoring complete drawing sets and leading model development, not limited to markups or reviews.
  • At least 3 years of daily, expert-level BIM authoring experience in Revit, ArchiCAD, or BlenderBIM, including experience with IFC export and validation.
  • Direct experience in projects requiring multidisciplinary coordination and delivery of complex or multi-building solutions.
  • Demonstrated code literacy, with the ability to reference and apply Eurocode, ACI, ASCE, IS, or BS standards in design work.
