Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential B2B partners.
- Own the process from prospect identification through qualification and handoff to the sales team
- Consistently execute high volume outbound activity across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other creative channels
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools to build and manage strong leads pipelines.
- Ability to articulate complex AI and data concepts in a simple and compelling way to founders and executives
- Vet companies against defined partnership criteria, shortlisting high-potential prospects for further engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruitment Lead to align on partnership requirements and share market insights.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of scalable processes, eventually transitioning into a leadership role managing a small, dynamic team.
Required skills & qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to persuade and build rapport.
- Comfortable engaging with CEOs, founders, and senior executives
- Ability to build trust quickly and navigate conversations around privacy, security, confidentiality, and data ownership
- Creative and resourceful in developing new outreach angles, messaging, and acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise in cold calling, outbound lead generation, and B2B business development.
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM platforms.
- Experience designing and managing automated email campaigns and multistep outreach sequences.
- Track record of handling objections with confidence, especially around complex compensation or data models.
- Strong organizational and qualification skills—adept at prioritizing and vetting companies.
- Scrappy, proactive, and driven attitude, comfortable thriving in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
Preferred qualifications
- Exposure to AI data partnerships or similar technology-driven sectors.
