- Significant experience as a fire dispatcher, emergency communications specialist, or equivalent.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, including managing simultaneous requests via radio, phone, and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in applying, following, and interpreting standardized emergency protocols and checklists( APCO/NENA certification).
- Demonstrated capacity for clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make rapid, accurate prioritization decisions.
