The company is engaging Generalist — U.S. Tax Workflow Evaluations to participate in a short-term customer project focused on evaluating U.S. tax and financial workflows. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
Requirements
- Currently residing in a mainland U.S. state and able to start immediately.
- Demonstrated financial literacy and hands-on experience filing 2025 U.S. taxes, either independently or in consultation with a CPA/tax professional.
- Comfortable connecting personal Gmail, Google Drive, and financial accounts for secure, project-specific use.
- Proficient in reviewing and annotating documents, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Experience applying structured evaluation criteria, rubrics, or participating in model or workflow assessments (e.g., data annotation, RLHF, quality review).
