Key responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions.
  • Monitor system and network performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Implement and maintain robust security practices and compliance standards across environments.
  • Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines and application deployments.
  • Optimize cost, performance, and resiliency of infrastructure resources through strategic planning and monitoring.
  • Create comprehensive documentation and deliver clear, effective written and verbal communication to stakeholders.

Required skills & qualifications

  • Expert-level experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong background in networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of containers and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Advanced troubleshooting and incident response capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

  • Relevant cloud or infrastructure certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards (SOC2, ISO 27001).
  • Prior work experience supporting global or distributed teams in a fully remote context.
