Requirements

Experience as a former Senior Associate (preferably third-year) or Vice President from an M&A or industry-coverage team at a leading investment bank,….
Substantial hands-on exposure to live acquisition or sale processes, with a track record of high-quality analysis and client-facing deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to both produce and review analytical and presentation materials, ensuring they meet senior banker or client standards.
Mastery in Excel modeling, including troubleshooting, scenario analysis, and presentation of outputs with clear rationale.
Direct experience conducting company/industry research, target screening, comps analysis, and pitchbook preparation.
