About this role

The company is engaging experienced Freelance Legal Headhunters (Independent Contractors) to support specialized legal talent-sourcing projects for customers. In this role, you’ll use your legal recruiting expertise and professional network to identify and refer qualified legal professionals for project opportunities, including projects that may support the development of next-generation AI systems. No prior experience in AI is required.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in legal headhunting, executive search, or specialized talent sourcing within the legal sector.
  • Established network of attorneys, legal specialists, or senior legal professionals across diverse practice areas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail in candidate outreach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage sourcing engagements without day-to-day supervision.
  • Strong research capabilities and experience sourcing specialized or hard-to-find legal talent.
