The company is engaging Litigation Attorney (Commercial Real Estate) experts to contribute to a groundbreaking project focused on modeling and evaluating multi-turn commercial real estate disputes. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Requirements

  • Active or lapsed license as a US attorney, admitted in at least one US jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years' post-JD litigation experience, emphasizing real drafting, discovery, and motion practice (not solely transactional work).
  • Proven background in handling commercial real estate litigation related to leases, transactions, development, landlord–tenant issues, zoning, or….
  • Demonstrated ability to draft complex litigation documents under direction, specifically within commercial real estate disputes.
  • Exemplary written communication skills in English, with strong mastery of legal register and analysis.
