The company is engaging Senior Aviation Maintenance Inspectors to contribute to a customer's project focused on advancing aviation maintenance procedures and regulatory knowledge. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Requirements

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate, Inspection Authorization (IA), or equivalent Part 145 inspector status strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, inspection, and regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise with borescope engine inspection and interpretation of resulting imagery and reports.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting maintenance manuals, IPCs, and approach plates.
  • Thorough working knowledge of FAA Parts 43, 121, 135, and 145 regulations and real-world application.
