Requirements

PhD or ABD in Sociology or a closely related discipline.
Active record of teaching and research/publication at the postsecondary level.
Demonstrated expertise in developing high-quality assessment tasks and rubrics as part of your professional practice.
Deep knowledge of pedagogical principles, including Bloom’s taxonomy and other assessment frameworks.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills with experience distilling complex sociological theories into clear, actionable educational content.
