Key responsibilities

• Participate in client calls, providing technical consultation and guidance on new pipeline opportunities.
• Collaborate with our customer’s technical staff to offer insights on advanced research projects within your domain.
• Design and develop sample tasks for innovative client-facing pipelines, demonstrating best-in-class engineering approaches.
• Advise the core team on practical AI and system applications, championing robust solutions for complex use cases.
• Own the debugging of high-impact, ambiguous system challenges, ensuring reliability and scalability at every turn.
• Make high-stakes architectural tradeoffs, balancing scalability, maintainability, and business constraints.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making.

Required skills & qualifications

• Proven mastery in debugging production systems and troubleshooting in ambiguous environments.
• Deep architectural experience, making informed technical tradeoffs at scale.
• Strong system-thinking and holistic problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional judgement and prioritization skills in fast-paced settings.
• Outstanding communication, able to distill complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ownership of large-scale, high-value engineering initiatives.
• Experience advising or consulting in a technical capacity.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience guiding teams or organizations through complex technical transitions or product launches.
• Prior exposure to AI, automation, or cutting-edge software systems at enterprise scale.
• Contributions to industry whitepapers, technical blogs, or open-source projects.
