Strategic Project Lead, Coding/SWE

About this role

As a Strategic Projects Lead (SPL), you will own the end-to-end delivery of coding data pipelines used to train frontier AI models. You’ll work closely with AI Lab clients, software engineering experts, reviewers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality, scalable execution. The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $120,000 –$160,000 USD.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering and coding fundamentals.
  • 2+ years leading technical projects, operations, or complex data workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using metrics to drive improvements.
  • Ability to translate client requirements into clear technical specifications and scalable workflows.
