About this role

The company is engaging Substance Use - Adolescent Addiction Specialists to assess adolescent substance use cases and provide clinical guidance on risk, severity, and recommended responses for a customer project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Requirements

3–5+ years of post-certification experience working directly with adolescents impacted by substance use.
Clinical specialty in addiction medicine, or child/adolescent psychiatry or psychology with a primary focus on substance use disorders.
Active clinical license/registration in good standing, with recent (<2 years) adolescent caseload experience.
Proficiency with adolescent substance use screening and severity staging tools (e.g., CRAFFT, S2BI, DSM-5, ASAM criteria).
Familiarity with medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD/MAT) and withdrawal management protocols for under-18s.
