About this role

The company is engaging Technical Problem Authors (Multi-Domain) to contribute to a customer's project focused on advancing the capabilities of AI technologies in engineering. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a relevant engineering discipline, or substantial industry experience (8+ years for Aerodynamics/Circuit Design/Mechanical….
  • At least 5 years of hands-on technical experience in your domain, such as mechanical design, aerodynamic analysis, materials selection, or circuit/system….
  • Demonstrated track record in technical problem authoring (e.g., olympiad problem committees, licensure exam item writing, academic qualifying-exam….
  • Flagship publications, patents, or industry awards recognized within your field, or evidence of technical rigor through competition results or committee….
  • Professional-level English proficiency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
