Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience at a venture capital, growth equity firm, or as an operator/founder with significant deal evaluation exposure.
- MBA, Master’s in Finance, or equivalent advanced degree.
- Graduates of Wharton or other top-tier programs strongly welcomed.
- Direct experience crafting IC memos and performing diligence on deals reviewed by investment partners.
- Proven ability to conduct market sizing, founder assessment, and competitive landscape analysis under ambiguity.
- Exceptional written communication skills, demonstrated by concise, precise, and analytical documentation at a professional or IC-memo standard.
